What will you be doing?
Key tasks of this role include:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Oversee some of the day-to-day operations of the Sydney branch, driving efficiency and operational excellence.
- Represent the company at face-to-face meetings and networking events.
- Manage and resolve client escalations with a solutions-focused approach.
- Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
What do you need?
- Experience in a client-focused role in the insurance or insurance building space.
- Strong existing relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
- A proven track record of building and managing strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
